Tech mistake |Don’t worry. You still have about a year to binge watch.

You still have time to binge watch “The Wire” on Amazon Prime. But you better get going.

HBO’s library of popular shows will leave Amazon next year when a licensing deal between the partners expires, according to Entertainment Weekly. HBO CEO Richard Plepler made the announcement during parent company Time Warner’s first-quarter earnings call on Wednesday, EW said.

HBO has produced many memorable TV shows, including “The Sopranos,” that are available on Amazon Prime. Newer shows, such as “Girls” and “Game of Thrones,” aren’t included. Since signing the deal, however, HBO has launched its own competing service.

“I don’t think you’ll see us extend or expand our library programming on Amazon beyond the end of next year,” Plepler said during the call. So there’s still time to make a dent in your couch.

HBO declined to comment further. Amazon didn’t respond to a request for comment.
